Terms & Policies
All reservations require a credit card number on file to secure the reservation, or the appointment must be prepaid. We recommend scheduling appointments in advance, as we cannot accommodate walk-in appointments.
We understand that life happens, and occasionally you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We do have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Therefore, we ask that you let us know, as soon as you can, if you will be unable to keep your appointment. If you fail to adhere to the 24-hour cancellation policy, you will be charged 1/2 the amount of your scheduled services. We hope that you will understand this policy is simply to ensure our survival, and is in no way intended to punish or harm our valued clients.
It is recommended to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you are a new client, we require a medical history and liability waiver before any services are began. The form can be found in your confirmation email, as well as by clicking here. If you prefer to fill it out at the spa, we can provide you with an Ipad upon checkin to complete the form. We will do our very best to make sure that every client gets the full time of their scheduled appointments. However, if you are late for the appointment start time, we must ensure that we are able to accommodate the other guests. For float sessions, any client arriving more than 15 minutes late will be asked to reschedule. Massage sessions will end at the scheduled time, regardless of the start time. This policy is to ensure that we are able to provide excellent service to each guest following.
Although the massage services that we offer at Drift Therapeutic Spa are generally safe for most clients, there are certain medical conditions that may require a doctor's approval before proceeding. There are also many ways in which your session could be modified in order to safely proceed. We ask that you answer all questions on our intake form completely and honestly so that our Licensed Massage Therapists may make informed decisions about your treatment plan. There is no evidence that floating is contraindicated for any specific medical condition, but we recommend checking with your health care professional if you experience low blood pressure or are pregnant; or for any other medical concerns you may have.
Discounts and promotions:
We are able to honor only one promotion or discount per transaction. Therefore, our discounted packages, memberships, or promotions cannot be combined in any way. Thank you for respecting this policy.
service credits and refunds:
All service credits (whether individual or as part of a package), Gift Cards, and membership credits purchased have no cash value. If you decide that you no longer wish to receive services at Drift Therapeutic Spa, you may transfer your credits to another guest. However, no cash value will be assigned to the purchases. We will issue no refunds.
